The Dolphin AM trip will continue targeting rockfish, unless an opportunity to pursue bonito presents itself. Given the excellent bonito fishing we’ve been experiencing, we highly recommend bringing both your deep-water setups and a lighter rod for targeting bonito. Live bait and jigs have been producing the best results.

The Dolphin AM trip had 175 Bonito (limits) and 43 Rockfish for 35 anglers.
The Dolphin PM trip caught 100 Bonito (Limits), 29 Sheepshead, 4 Calico Bass, 2 Sculpin and 2 Whitefish for 20 anglers

The Dolphin PM trip had limits (150) of Bonito, 13 Calico Bass (30 released). 31 Sheephead, 7 White fish, and 6 Sculpin for 30 anglers.
