We are out on our Tuna Rodeo 2026 8-day trip with all of the usual suspects on board. So far, we've had good yellowtail fishing with some tuna and a few exotics in the mix. Weather has been stellar. Hopefully

3 Day Limits

We returned from our private 3 day charter with limits of bluefin tuna 25-200 pounds, also 1 yellowfin tuna and a opah, Fishing is very good right now, now is the time!

Surface action

We started the morning with good yellowtail fishing. They were biting the surface iron and the bait equally well. When the participation waned , we went to an area of school size yellowfin tuna. We had fun hooking them on
