Update for Jul. 17, 2026 7:30 AM

Friday

The half-day trips aboard the Dolphin are producing excellent fishing right now! Be sure to bring your bass rods—the bass bite has been outstanding. Water temperatures are ranging from 69° to 75°, and both soft plastics and live bait are producing the best results.

Weekday trips have light loads, giving you plenty of room to fish. Make your reservation in advance to guarantee your spot and ensure the trip goes out.

The Afternoon 1/2 days trip are fishing La Jolla for Yellowtail, Bass Bonito and Barracuda. Make sure you bring Bass and Yellowtail set-ups. Bait, surface irons and yo-yo jigs are working. Remember, return times might be later than posted.
