We prospected offshore today, looking for the big hit to start the trip off on the right path. We found good water conditions and had perfect weather for looking. We saw a little bit of fish on the machines, but they were reluctant to bite. We pulled onto a shallow for the evening and scratched up a few yellows so that the day wasn't a total bust. We will be in a position for some action tomorrow.
