A nice day on the pond to be sure; perfect bait, calm seas, calm anglers, and a destination ahead teaming with fish - right now. Unfortunately that "right now" part of the equation is actually a little unsettling. As change is the one guarantee in fishing everyone can count on the odds of really good fishing remaining such for long periods of time are narrow. But we have seen it happen plenty of times in the past.

The most important component of fishing success - fish - are around in good quantities, in multiple destinations. We'll latch onto these positives, continue churning south, maintain close contact with our colleagues on the grounds, and proceed accordingly. All things in our control are presently favorable. We aim to keep it that way.
