Royal Star Fish Report

Royal Star
Dawn broke with a crisp breeze holding our bow into the increasing swell. Our
sea anchor providing the drag to mask the true sea state and allow a restful
night. Once we got going it didn't take long to figure out that we were fishing
in a completely different ocean, the temperature and the fish had both dropped
out of sight. As fishermen we didn't miss a beat and got down to the business of
looking. We searched for the rest of the day, finding some action on small tuna
and dorado, but not much to put in the hatch. We will spend our final day
offshore where the potential exists for one stop to satiate our desire for more
action on quality tuna.
