An all around fantastic day of fishing in beautiful weather made for a great start to the trip. The majority of the tuna landed today were 80-170 with the exception of a trophy 315 taken by Liz Franzino, a long time Royal Star regular. Nothing special on the rigging with most of the fish taken on flylined sardines and 100lb flouro.
We are spending the night and can give this up to four more days. Jan Abbott shows off a 150 in the first shot while Liz is dwarfed by her 315 in the second.
