Royal Star Fish Report

11-14-2008
Royal Star

Accompanied by a gentle rolling northwest swell, no wind to speak of, and near zero seas, the relaxing ride up the line was enjoyed by all while the usual tasks in preparation for arrival tomorrow were attended to. I have a couple of announcements before a shift change tomorrow brings the return of Capt. Toussaint and Sims to Royal Star. First, I will be posting a number of fantastic photos from this voyage next week beginning Monday. In addition to the previously mentioned photos of the spectacular boiler of yellowfin tuna and dolphins annihilating a school of sardines, there are plenty of shots featuring voyage participants in action and jubilantly displaying their trophies. Also, I will be joining my favorite radio hosts and good friends Pete Gray and Rick Maxa Sunday morning the 16th on Let's Talk Hookup from 7 - 9 a.m. I look forward to the opportunity to answer your questions so please don't be shy about calling.

We have enjoyed a very fine voyage with the group assembled by Charter Master and long time Royal Star favorite Larry Fancher. From the entire Royal Star crew and I we extend our most gracious thanks for the good times, good fishing, and fantastic camaraderie we shared with every angler this trip. Our long history of success continues because of anglers like these and we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to provide such memorable adventures. Thank you again guys.

Now, as reported, Captain Toussaint returns to expand the already favorable setting below into what we hope will be even better sign. As I mentioned earlier in the trip I believe there are plenty of good things to come so look for Randy's reports, with their exciting details, to commence on Sunday or Monday. Departure is tomorrow on the first annual Las Rocas eleven day voyage so good luck to the guys and good tidings ahead.
