Royal Star Fish Report

Well, I don't have any shots from the Memorial day one and one half day voyage but the group had a great time regardless of the fact that fishing was a little slow. The weather was beautiful and a good time was had by all as Chef's Drew Rivera and Jeffery Grant put on their usual fantastic show and the guys on deck made everyone feel welcome and appreciated as the day of offshore fishing produced a few yellowtail on kelps and loads of hefty bonito. The big news of course is the sign of Albacore and Bluefin tuna offshore that bodes well for a productive offshore summer season. Following our first eight day voyage that returns on June 8th, we scheduled an impromtu one and one half day voyage departing June 11th that presently has plenty of space available. I would comfortably speculate that the odds of some offshore albacore, bluefin, yellowfin, or both will be in the local counts by then so give Tracy a call or check our website for details if you are interested. In the meantime, I have more photos from the Revillagigedo tagging voyages for all to enjoy. There have been some great shots that I sent over the weekend so scroll back at least a couple of days to get caught up. Enjoy.
