Royal Star
We began our day with high hopes for a fair shot at trophy yellowfin tuna with perhaps a few two hundred pound class fish mixed in. At two thirty p.m. we were hoping for anything; even one. Just a chance to open the hatch was where our sights became focused. At two forty five p.m. our prayers were answered as the first beautiful trophy yellowfin came over the rail, then followed twenty more. Epic weather, and very good fishing for big ones. All one hundred forty to two hundred forty four pounds and every weight in between. Clean, perfect, ideal, and every adjective describing good trophy yellowfin action, after two thirty p.m. of course, applied. So we finally started off on a good note and will do our best to maintain the momentum. Everything is right, our position could not be better, and just about every angler is on cloud nine. Yes, this is long range fishing.
