But, at the risk of stealing their thunder, there were numerous giant yellowfin landed yesterday by the vessels in our group that arrived in the zone by early afternoon yesterday, including fish that taped out at 304, 276, and 285. They scenario as decscirbed by Randy is exactly what we hope for when the big ones move in with scattered small spots spread out over a large area that easily accomodate the fleet. Of course we will see how it holds up but based on what is being reported, it sounds to me like they have finally settled in and will be a part of our catches for the duration of the season. To that effect, one who has been straddling the fence might consider giving Tracy a call as we do have a little bit of room on our December 26th - January 5th voyage. "Old Lucky" arrives on the grounds this morning so with any luck we will not be living vicariously through our infinitely valuable code boats much longer.
