Royal Star
After a very good morning and steady afternoon of quality yellowfin tuna action, we settled in to wait for the evening hit that would make for a big day here at Guadalupe. Similar to yesterday however, the evening failed to materialize with only a handful of fish landed late, despite good working conditions. I can only offer the same wisdom as yesterday upon reflection realizing that what we already had in the hatch was, by any standard, a fantastic day of fishing at the outside island. After throwing in a little late night action on thirty five pound class yellowtail, the day was deemed a complete success. So here we remain for our final full day of fishing with high hopes the good fortune we are all enjoying will continue.
