Royal Star
After speaking with Captain Markus Medak, who is making a guest appearance on Royal Star this voyage, I am sorry to report that we continue to experience difficulty with the computer on board. I will keep everyone posted however and we will do our best to get on line for the following voyage. The guys worked their way down the inside where they began fishing in the wake of some very good wahoo action. Timing is everything in this game and at least for the beginning it looks like they would have been better off arriving two days earlier. Those are the breaks and this is exactly why we schedule ten day trips. The odds have a way of coming around and with the full moon coming I wouldn?t be surprised to see some more good wahoo action before all is said and done. They did manage to scratch out an afternoon with a few wahoo, tuna, and yellowtail and plan to stay put for the meantime. Markus reported beautiful weather, fine conditions, an excellent load of sardines, and a fantastic group of anglers. I will keep you all abreast of events as they transpire. Let?s wish the boys some luck out there!
