Royal Star Fish Report

Royal Star

Well the gist of today's report is thank goodness we are in a beautiful place in beautiful weather where the snappers are ravenous late in the day because thus far conditions are working against us in the tuna department. Green, green water greeted us in our hot zone at dawn and along with it, a green feeling that we were definitely not in the prime area. We worked down the majority of the day ultimately arriving at Isla Jicaron in the late afternoon where excellent conditions and fantastic snapper fishing finished out our day with some welcome excitement. It looks like we are going to have to ride out this stretch of poor conditions before something changes in the tuna fishing department so tomorrow we are making a move to a zone inside of us where reports from our friends in the area indicate that a few better size tuna were caught over the past couple of days.
