Royal Star Fish Report

Royal Star

Another day in Panamanian paradise with everything in the picture we desire except the big tuna that at present are simply nowhere to be found. The collective effort of four boats looking have yet to come up with anything significant so what we are all hoping for is some change in conditions following the new moon. As we all know, conditions change quickly as does the fishing and with this in mind we will continue to forge ahead. While we wait, we are taking advantage of the incredible Panamanian scenery mixing in an afternoon at Isla Jicaron walking amongst white faced and howler monkeys as well as swimming, shore fishing, and surfing. Our day was rounded out with a another fantastic bite on big Amberjack and snappers before we headed up to the famous Hannibal bank where we plan to spend our evening and begin our day tomorrow.
