Great Day To Be Fishing

5-31-2012

Today was one of those occasions where it didn't matter where you were fishing or what boat you were on, you were catching fish. For us, the move payed off big time as we put together an outstanding day on big tuna. The fish ranged from 100-200 pounds with big fish honors going to Tom Payne for his personal best at 203.8 pounds. There was good sign of fish all day today and we hope to keep the ball rolling. Every passenger landed at least one tuna today which was nice, and there were plenty of personal bests to go around. In other news, the boats above us scored big when they found schools of biting bluefin tuna in the 50-100 pound class. There is a great water set up and every boat that was up there not only could see fish, but everyone involved caught fish. Those bluefin are well within range of a five day trip too. If you want to try for those offshore bluefin, yellowfin, and albacore, check out our schedule and get on an early trip while they're here.
