Hello Anglers,
Today was our first day of fishing with our Braid charter members. In the morning hours we saw several schools of 30 to 50 pound bluefin but we could not get a spot to hang around more than a couple of minutes. When we finally got sick of the same scenario happening on each stop we went for a little tour to a different area and we happily surprised when we started to see some bigger Bluefin around. We stopped on three different spots but were only able to get one to cooperate but it was a school of 125 to 200 plus pound fish. We hooked 5 total , pulled the hooks on three of them and landed 2 Bluefin, a 130 pound fish by angler Don Gardener, and a 210 pound Bluefin for lucky angler Glenn Evans. We were very fortunate to land such a beautiful big fish and hopefully we will see a few more of them in the up and coming days. Shawn and the crew
