Hello Anglers,

Today was a rugged day fishing here in the Clarion buffer zone. But we were able to pick off 9 tuna for our day. It seemed that all the life had pushed in closer to the island so we were unable to pursue it. We did manage to pick off a couple trophies though, with Curt Wiesenhutter landing a 241# yft on a sardine. And Joann Ciciliano boating a massive 339.2# yft. Caught on a sardine with a sinker. One thing that didn't help us out is the weather. We have high winds and choppy seas. We still have three days of fishing left, so we are hoping to get a break in the weather.
