Hello everyone, well another down, and time to come home. Our weather is still good, with a light breeze out of the northwest, 4 to 6 foot seas, and sunny skies. We finished our trip off with excellent Yellowtail fishing at Alijos rocks. We did catch a handful of Yellowfin. Most of the Yellowtail were in the 18 to 25 pound range, with a few going to the 40 pound mark. The Yellowfin were in the 25 to 50 pound category. We departed Alijos rocks at 10:00 hours. We are now headed for home. We like to thank SDlongrange.com for doing a great job as the chartermaster of this trip. Our passengers thought that Brandon Kreutel of SDlongranger.com did an excellent job as the chartermaster and they all look forward to fishing with him next year. After departing the crew did a few jobs, the it was time to catch up on some much needed rest. Most of the passengers enjoyed the sunshine, while others just enjoyed a good movie. The crew will clean-up the boat today, and start getting things ready for boat maintenance. The boat will be doing maintenance for a month, but this reporter will be enjoying his vacation time, doing some fishing, and spending time with his family. So until tomorrow, good luck and good fishing.
