Today is a day where all of America reunites together and remembers the horrific events that happened on September 9, 2001. In tribute to all of the lives lost we all held our prayers tight for those who lost anyone during the horrific series of events.
On another note fishing was terrific! We started our morning off in the shallows targeting school sized bluefin on the anchor. Knowing that our group wants bigger fish we only gave it a short while before we departed off to search for bigger and better things. This brought us to our next move which was making a quick pit stop for some taco meat. Very good Vermillion fishing with a few Lings and other assorted bottom grabbers made it a fun time for everyone before we took off in search for more bluefin tuna.
Our next zone provided us with high hopes for our night time action. Seeing plenty of fish around ranging anywhere from 15-50 pounds reminded us that we needed to be on top of our game. A few very nice schools of biting fish provided us with the rest of our quota and much needed fishing time. Tomorrow the hunt continues for the larger models.
