Today we had a series of events that led to us capturing a few tuna and yellowtail. Let me explain, our journey began out West looking for the missing bluefin that our entire fleet has been searching for. With only a little time spent in that area one of our allies called us in about a few very nice bluefin schools only 30 miles to the south of where we were. After investigating we gathered a few nice school sized fish before dropping the anchor and collecting tuna ranging anywhere from 25-60 pounds. We also managed to capture a few 25-35 pound yellowtail as a bonus to top off the day.

Tomorrow we’ll be sticking with the same game plan and sticking in fishing mode. Not travel mode.

Please enjoy today’s featured photos from a few of the bluefin we were able to capture!
