Success

As our final fishing day approached us we saw an impressive showing of bluefin tuna. We had an incredible opportunity on 80-150 pound bluefin tuna during the mid to late morning but our anglers were worked from an extensive night. With very good fishing the night before the anglers elected for a slow and relaxed start instead of a chaotic morning.
This brought us to making a 40 mile move out towards the rock cod of grounds. We ended up having very good fishing on prehistoric vermillion rockfish as well as a few lingcod and assorted rockfish mixed in. Overall we came to the conclusion that this trip was a total success. Many opportunities on beautiful grade bluefin and nice topper of fresh rock cod just in time for taco Tuesday! Tomorrow we depart on another 3 day voyage this time with the guys from Izorline. Captain Brian will be taking over and reporting in tomorrow!
Please enjoy some of the photos taken over the course of the voyage.
