Good Afternoon Anglers,

Searcher returned Monday morning from a 3-day charter with John Waggoner and friends, Friday, May 16th to Monday, May 19th. We had excellent fishing Friday night but afterwards had a tough couple of days. We had to run from the weather Saturday and went looking at another area. Saw a little bit of fish but couldn’t catch them. Sunday, we decided to try something different and searched for some coastal yellowtail. We saw a few schools, but they don’t bite! Very encouraging signs but the fish weren't in the right mode. During the trip we enjoyed delicious meals prepared by Dan and Jeff, consisting of tri-tip, pulled pork, Asian rice bowl, and BBQ chicken. We definitely enjoyed this group of Anglers and look forward to seeing them all later this season and next year.

Tomorrow, we drive out on a 2.5-day, trip #4, Tuesday, May 20th to Friday, May 23rd. 3 spots available if you feel like jumping on the boat. We also have a few spots open on trip #6, a 4-day, Monday, May 26th to Friday, May 30th.
