Plugging away

Another nice day of fishing with a handful of bright spots amidst plenty of practice time at the rail. A sweet little shot at 80-170 pound yellowfin capped off the day elevating spirits and keeping the fire alive. Steady progress is being made evidenced by preparation of the second RSW tank. The first one is just about at capacity hosting a beautiful catch of wahoo and yellowfin tuna in perfect condition. As the saying goes a bird in the hand... Here we sit incredibly pleased for the opportunity. Todays images feature Ross Myers, a first time angler in this arena but no stranger to fishing on Royal Star. Many years now Ross has hosted and co-hosted an annual seven day Royal Star voyage in August. A good friend and fine angler Ross is featured today with his 150 pound class yellowfin tuna and the guys.
