Day two fishing
8-25-2022
Royal Polaris Crew
Day two fishing. Good morning everyone, today started off about the same as yesterday. A bit slow in the morning, but by lunch time it was game on again. The only difference about today, was the Wahoo fishing. If you worked at fishing a wire leader, you were rewarded with a Wahoo or two. We had one angler work very hard at getting a few Wahoo, and yea he caught his daily limit. Not many fish on the troll or iron. Bait was king today. After lunch, the Yellowfin started to make a move. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 18-35 pounds. Some larger and some smaller. But the majority were in that range of 18-35 pounds. We also caught a few Dorado to finish off our day. We are now headed East to try and get into this Yellowtail action. Weather continues to be excellent, with a slight breeze (5 knots), sunny and warm. Not much more to report, will add more photos later. So until tomorrow, wish us luck. Team R/p
