A beautiful crossing passing the day leisure mode. Of course the boys were occupied with a multitude of tasks while anglers unwound and watched the sea roll by. An evening stop in the ever welcoming Ensenada harbor provided the ultimate location for the traditional long range final evening prime rib extravaganza. Tied to the dock needless to say comfort was maximized. For those of us who have endured tough conditions while gamely attempting to enjoy prime rib night traveling up the line it is an advantage that can not be overstated. That said the evening and voyage ended on a high note as anglers turned into revelers courtesy of elevated and high proof spirits. It was a fitting end to a tremendously successful voyage. Turning around tomorrow on the annual Mark Rhodes four day run look for reports from the local bluefin grounds to continue. Final photo of the voyage features another of the Beneze clan, Stephanie, who can handle any tuna the island has to offer with the expertise and pulling power of any rival. Here she is with her last trophy of the voyage and the boys joining the celebration.
