Good Livin

Yellowtail action, day and night, stretched anglers thin as the 22-35# dandies refused to quit biting. Done for the most part by the late morning we left 'em hungry setting our sights again on wahoo come afternoon. Picking up where we left off another couple of good go-arounds on the striped speedsters resurrected these exhausted, fished out souls. Adrenaline is a universal cure all when it comes to fishermen. Along with the couple of "bingo's" a handful of other odd strikes added up to a fine score of "skinnies" again. Rounding out an epic day of long range fishing we settled in for the night content, satisfied, sated, and yes - ready tomorrow for more. Long time Royal Star friend and angler Rick Stone rightly receives photo honors today with a nice wahoo picked off on the troll.
