Passing the day in patriotic appreciation for our country, culture, blessings, and Old Glory we prepared tackle and relaxed along the way. Good traveling weather, ideal truth be told, added to the calm, festive happenings as anglers expressed their passion for fishing through measured actions intent upon making good on opportunities to come. Tomorrow will tell the first tales of this run, an eight day, twenty plus year annual charter, featuring the infamous "Barking Spiders".
