Yellowtail Wake up Call

7-28-2020
Royal Polaris Crew

Hello Everybody! Today was day four and it did not disappoint! Today we scored plenty of Yellowtail starting first thing in the morning going all the way to lunch. These fish were anywhere from 18 to just over 30 pounds. With a moderate breeze and biting yellows, everyone was up and getting bit, already making it a very good day. Just after lunch we started off in search of a new zone with some biting Bluefin Tuna. Way later in the pm we found an area with a few big spots of Foaming fish under birds. We stopped and made a few drifts scoring several fish from 30-80 pounds! Tomorrow we will start in the same zone hoping for more of the same results on that Bluefin program. Until then, good luck and safe travels to the Royal Polaris!
