Rare times

Steady action on beautiful quality yellowfin again today. As such we are poised to remain in our “honey hole” through the end. It is not often that we roll into one, trip long anchor job. This rare event has led to an abundance of fishing time and epic camaraderie at the rail. Between the scenery, weather, fishing, and everything else one can think of we are in a coveted place.
That said we are still one day away from finishing. Regardless of production we are in fine shape. But a cherry on top in the form of a few more of these beautiful tuna and/or a few more yellowtail will be enjoyed and appreciated. Photo today features another long time Royal Star veteran and friend Barney Wegener and his evening, 60 pound class yellowfin tuna.
