A little justice

We got our shot today putting together a nice morning on the bluefin from a long drift in calm weather. Boy was it satisfying to practice the art of fishing and fool a few handfuls of those wily bastards. It would have been even better to put the screws to them in a big way. But as I always say success is relative. Today was far, far better than the previous day, and day before that. Yes sir. That is what our brand of fishing is all about. Grind them out; one way or another.
The evening once again erupted into unbelievable, gigantic spots of foaming bluefin spread across the ocean for miles and miles. We closed out the voyage in run and gun mode piecing together another couple of handfuls of bluefin with a few bonus yellowfin to boot.
Tomorrow starts another three day adventure that will undoubtedly re enter the bluefin crucible after a start somewhere inshore. Final trip photo features Royal Star angler Jim Kerr with his 79 pound, hard earned Bluefin Tuna
