Shogun Sportfishing Fish Report
9-27-2008
Bruce A. Smith
This morning we made quick work offloading those frisky little tuna. The water level is dropped, oxygen is bubbled into the system, and an aquarium technician goes into the well and gently scoops up the fish one at a time. The sling is topped off with water and then quickly walked up to the top of the tuna transporter. The tank has a viewing port and the fish can be seen doing their perpetual lap. There was one mortality but all in all it was a very successful run. The Shogun is now running back offshore in search of more pelagic species, crew members and the techs are all working on projects getting ready for more action.
