Surface Iron Bite

6-24-2019
Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone;

Well the weather continues to be good, with sunshine, flat seas, and clear skies.  The Yellowtail bite continues, and the bite was very good on the surface iron.

The Yellowtail were in the 22 to 30 pound range, with a few larger one’s coming aboard.  We departed the area around 14:00 hours, and we are now headed north.

We will try our luck on some Bluefin tuna fishing in the next few days.  With good reports from boats up north, we are hoping to get into that action.
