Captain Jeff Spafford checked in this morning at 7:36 AM with an audio update from the Tomahawk out of Fisherman’s Landing in San Diego, CA. We had a decent start here! We have 4 Bluefin Tuna (20 to 25 pounds), 12 Yellowfin Tuna (12 to 15 pounds) and 12 Yellowtail (10 to 15 pounds). Pretty fun fishing down here. The action is on the Kelp Paddies and blind Jig Strikes. It looks like Summer fishing is finally arriving.
