Easy turn

An easy turn through the twin cities then we hit the road. Fine traveling north with the usual little “bump and jump” has been the standard ever since as we gain altitude toward our ultimate destination Tue. As of now we appear to be on time estimating a 08:00 arrival Tue the 26th. Tomorrow’s report will include an update.

On the admin side we still have three openings on the upcoming 4 day voyage departing from the epic Mexico destination of Mazatlan. Big fish are calling. There is still plenty of time to jump on, even last minute.

Photo today is a blast from the past I couldn’t resist as long past Royal Star angler Doug Taylor is returning on one of the upcoming Mazatlan adventures. In the image today Doug happily releases a tagged yellowfin tuna during one of our voyages that collaborated with the IATTC and Mexico’s National Fisheries Institute on a six year study to gather information about yellowfin tuna in the Eastern Tropical Pacific.
