Wet weather, good fishin'

A wet one here today – lots of precipitation and periods of gusty wind, but the fish didn't care. Good biters I'd call them; hungry and ready to get it on. Angler's however, uninspired by the inclement conditions, did a lot of recreating preferring the dry confines of the “porch” and galley much of the time. Meanwhile those heartier souls put it to the ready and willing tuna appreciating the “extry”elbow room at the rail. It worked out great for everyone.

For certain the island worked it's wonder providing plenty of protection from the swell and seas outside; that was to everyone's liking too. A game plan set in stone we are here for the present planning to take full advantage of the glory at least one more day. Beyond that we shall see. Photo today features Royal Star angler Ron Poteet with his fish of the day that came in at a hearty 120 pounds.
