Evening ripper
1-16-2016

Limited time today, limited content. Not from lack of material though. Good fishing, mostly condensed in the late hours of the day, was complimented with some decent scratching from the late morning on. A late day ripper on straight 170's – 190's, with a duo of unfortunate, heartbreak losses on fish much larger, ended our trials and efforts on a high note despite the couple of missed opportunities. One thing certain is that the action late was on par with any of the big hits on trophy yellowfin we have experienced down here over the years. No joke, real deal on straight big ones; zero margin for error. The high stakes were resoundingly answered by the guys and anglers all of whom made the most of the opportunity.
Good livin' right now; thank goodness for it. Norm Nagaishi had a bright ending to his day. In today's image he relishes the moment with this 196 landed in the final moments of the big evening rally.
