Yellowfin in April.
The Shogun called in from there 1st day of a 3 day trip with 20 Yellowfin and 8 Bluefin. They are seeing good sign of fish in the area. The 2026 season is off to a GREAT start.

The fishing at the Coronado Island continues kicking out some very nice Yellowtail and now some Bonito. The Liberty has trips scheduled every day for the next couple of weeks. They are recommending a 40 or 50# yo-yo set up and 25 or 30# live bait set up. There have been some opportunities for the guys that want to fish the surface iron.

The Dolphin PM trip caught 47 Rockfish, 3 Calico Bass, 2 Sand bass, 4 Whitefish, 14 Sculpin and 1 Lingcod for 27 anglers.

The Liberty called in 3 Yellowtail, 65 Rockfish, 30 Reds and 2 Lingcod for 28 anglers.

The Dolphin AM trip caught 183 Rockfish for 33 anglers.

BITER!!!!!! Bluefin are Back!!
