Harold Davis chartmastered the Royal Polaris trip that returned to Fisherman’s Landing November 16 after a ten-day trip with 34 anglers.
Davis is a well-known maker of boats who enjoys fishing more than most. He got his best skinny with a gold and pink Raider on 50-pound P-Line and posed for a picture with Paul Domenguez of Santa Maria.
First place winner Billy Fung of Thousand Oaks scored a 50-pound wahoo with an orange Krocodile on 40-pound Seaguar fluorocarbon and 50-pound Izorline Spectra. He used an Avet JX reel and a Terramar seven-foot rod.
Second place went to Alexuf Kwachka of Kodiak, AK for a 48-pound wahoo.
