The
Owner of the Excel is Bill Poole . He started
out in 1947 as the youngest owner-skipper in San Diego sportfishing,
pioneering long-range in the early 1950's and personally building
some of the finest private and commercial sportfishers of their
day. He has established a sport-fishing record that is second
to none.
